Hotel was very clean.

Pool and whirlpool were not clean. Wanted to use these facilities but didn't because of the condition they were in.

Front desk staff was not friendly at all. Always seemed like we were troubling them when they were asked a question.

Checking out! The rooms had been updated at least.

The age, the smell (lobby smelled like chlorine), seemed very dark and shabby.

We seriously thought about checking out for our second night. This was not a 4 star hotel. It was more like a 2 or 3 star at best disguised as a wannabe 4 star. The hotel was old, lobby smelled like chlorine. The staff were not very helpful, they need more training in that dept. Overall, I would of paid more to stay elsewhere! ...read more

The Internet service seemed slow and unreliable in the business center.
